The Laila app
How many people are at the bar you are heading to right now? That is what Laila shows: a live count for every bar, dance bar, club, pub and rooftop around you, with location-verified check-in, a chat per venue and tonight's events. Free, for iPhone and Android.
What is in the app
- A live count per venue, shown from five people up.
- A map and a list of the bars, dance bars, clubs, pubs and rooftops around you, or in any city in Israel.
- One-tap check-in, verified by location, renewed while you are inside.
- The venue chat, direct messages with the one-message rule, friends and Cheers.
- Tonight's events, offers and happy hours, straight from the venues.
Questions
Is Laila free?
Yes. Everything happening tonight - the map, the counts, check-in, chat and messages - is free. Laila+ is an optional subscription for seeing every venue's usual week, hour by hour.
What age?
18 and over. A birth year is required at sign-up.
Which cities?
The first venues are in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Haifa, and more cities join; the full list is on the site.
Who sees that I am at a venue?
The count is shown from five people up and never by name. If you share with friends, your friends see you; one tap turns it off.
Does the website show counts?
No. The site shows only what venues published - hours, address, events. The live counts are in the app only.
