Cancel a purchase or subscription

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and every way to send us a cancellation notice.

The quickest way: your app store

Laila+ and the night pass are billed by Apple or Google, so the store is where a renewal is switched off:

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Laila+ → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Play Store → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Laila+ → Cancel.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Laila+ until the end of the period you already paid for.

Your cancellation rights

• A subscription (a "continuous transaction") can be cancelled at any time by notice to us. The cancellation takes effect within three business days of the day we receive your notice (six if it is sent by post), and we will confirm it.
• A purchase made at a distance (which every in-app purchase is) can be cancelled within 14 days of the purchase, subject to the conditions the law sets. In that case you may be charged for the part of the service already provided and a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
• Where the law entitles you to a refund, we pass your notice to the store's refund process and make sure you receive it. The unused part of a cancelled subscription is refunded within 14 days.

How to send us a cancellation notice

Any of these counts as notice. Include the phone number or email your Laila account uses, so we can find the purchase.

Apple's and Google's own refund routes (reportaproblem.apple.com, Play refund request) remain available in addition to the above.
